1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please follow the steps below:

  • Non-returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

    • Sale items
    • Perishable goods (e.g., food or personal care items)

2. How to Return an Item

If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@horda.shop to initiate the return process. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, and ship it back to us within 7 days of receiving our return instructions.
  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., receiving a defective or incorrect item).

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment.

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@horda.shop with photos of the item and your order number. We will offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the specified processing time, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as there may be some processing time before a refund is posted. 7. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
